Perfect Scoundrels is a 1990's drama following two con-mens' travels while ripping off the public. Running for three series between 1990 and 1992, it is a popular series but has failed to be granted, as of October 2011, a DVD release. The show's main stars were Peter Bowles and Bryan Murray, as well as a cameo appearence from pop sensation Lulu.

The story of two guys, Harry and Guy who go round conning the whole of the country, and dealing with their own lives. Unlike other programmes on the same line (such as BBC Drama Hustle), Harry and Guy will con everyone and anyone to get what they want....Money!

As of October 2011, there has been no DVD release, although several sites and groups of people are pushing for the release of all three series. As it stands, the only series to be released onto VCR was Series 1 in 2000. Series 2 and Series 3 are not yet available.
